We will take all required steps to ensure your art is delivered safe and sound.

Australia wide standard shipping is included in the pricing you see in AUDs.

After ordering online, we will send you an email confirming the order. We then contact the artist (who holds the art) and we will arrange for art to be shipped within 3 to 5 business days (subject to location of artist).

You will be sent an email confirming the shipping details, which will include a tracking number.

We will attempt to have your artwork sent by the artist and associated freight provider within five (5) business days; and delivered within seven (7) business days to Australian capital cities (please allow longer for non-standard shipping).

When we book couriers your artwork is insured against loss or damage. The policy is valid for artwork in transit only.

Please note –

  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES – Wall Pop is pleased to be able to ship internationally. Unfortunately Wall Pop is not able to offer free shipping for international orders. To make a purchase with an international shipping address please send us an email to info@wallpop.art or via the ‘About & Contact tab (https://wallpop.art/contact-us/) on our website. In your order request please include the details of the art work(s) you would like to purchase, your shipping address and your contact email.  Wall Pop will then arrange preferred shipping arrangements and email you with all the details to confirm your purchase, including the additional shipping charges and the process to pay and complete the transaction. PLEASE NOTE for international purchases the buyer is liable to pay and is responsible for any inbounds government charges, taxes, duties or customs.
  • NON-STANDARD SHIPPING – some works may due to their size, shape or material may require additional shipping costs. Where this is the case the artwork will be marked as NON STANDARD SHIPPING on the website and during the purchase pipeline. As we process the order we will send you an email noting the additional shipping costs. For the order to be completed and shipped you will need to pay the additional shipping costs. If you do not agree with the additional shipping charges, then you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
  • UNFRAMED ART – some artwork is unframed. This will be noted in the description of the art on the website. Unframed artworks ill be delivered in a rolled up cardboard tube.
  • PO BOX – art cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
  • DELIVERY – It is necessary for someone to be home to accept the delivery from the courier.
